Senior Director, Business Intelligence

Ownership and Partnership:

• Own reporting and automation priorities, business requirements, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Partner with the Data & Analytics Platform team, Product, and Technology to ensure alignment.
• Operate as tightly coupled with distinct, non-overlapping accountability.

Success Metrics:

• Be the natural first call for measuring or automating next.
• Tie reporting and automation to operational decisions and outcomes.
• Deliver clear business requirements that minimize rework for the Platform team.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years in BI, analytics, or business process transformation at an enterprise scope.
• Track record of setting data and automation priorities organizationally.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into buildable requirements.
• Experience shaping data strategy without owning engineering directly.
• Executive-level communication and influence skills with leadership.

Preferred Experience:

• Standing up or scaling an enterprise BI/analytics function from a business-owned position.
• Familiarity with modern data platform concepts for writing strong requirements.
• Operating in post-merger or integration environments.
