Electrical Engineering Team Lead

The Electrical Engineer Team Leader will oversee engineering responsibilities and activities, delegate tasks, lead the design and checking processes, and manage the day-to-day activities of schedule and design. This role involves training and directing Electrical Engineers and Technicians, maintaining design standards, coordinating with other teams, and answering technical questions. The role requires performing evaluations of employees, coordinating PTO schedules, and assisting with recruiting and training new engineers. In addition, the role requires periodic travel to customer offices and job sites.
