Director of Communications

The Director of Communications will be responsible for elevating Deel’s profile and telling its corporate and financial communications updates globally, with a special focus on the US. You will work closely with both internal teams and agency partners to advance our mission. You will also be responsible for sharing Deel’s story with top-tier and trade publications, effectively communicating key company milestones and corporate news moments, and managing complex situations and issues. Responsibilities include leading a team focused on corporate communications, designing and executing communication programs, shaping the company’s narrative, liaising with agency partners, collaborating with senior leaders, fostering media relationships, leading communications strategies through routine issues and crisis situations, aligning communications strategies with the company roadmap, and measuring the effectiveness of messaging.
