Job Description

This role involves post-commissioning technical support, warranty claim management, and customer issue resolution. The specialist manages customer issues to closure, both during regular hours and 24/7 after hours.

  • Implement necessary EHS, design standards, and procedures.
  • Represent the company as a customer-facing Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Utilize strong people management and technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requires strong communication skills with various teams. Must also proactively assist in implementing solutions. Focuses on building strong customer relationships with both internal and external customers. Communicates with team members, process, & control groups to ensure cases are recorded.
