Senior Software Engineer II, Internal Tools

This is a remote role on the Internal Tools team, critical in ensuring ActBlue has reliable and efficient internal workflows that can serve the complex needs of our users at scale. As an engineer at ActBlue, you'll will collaborate with software engineers, product, and design to develop new components of the payments product and internal tooling. Design products and systems with performance in mind so all users have a great experience. In your daily work, you will use Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL across the stack. The role involves improving platform performance and maintainability through quality code, testing, monitoring, and documentation. You will ensure product and feature quality through thorough PR reviews and QA testing. You'll also be asked to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture aligned with company values.
