Tax Expert Lead - Temporary

Provide expert tax guidance and operational support to april’s tax experts during tax season. As a Tax Expert Lead, you will research complex U.S. tax topics, troubleshoot tax and technical questions, and help ensure process adherence and service quality. Key responsibilities include, supporting up to 25 Tax Experts by answering complex U.S. individual tax questions, providing guidance on process adherence, quality, and operational best practices, researching complex tax issues and share clear, actionable guidance. Comfortable making decisions with 70% information rather than waiting for perfection, collaborate with Tax Managers to monitor quality, identify training needs, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
