Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document customer coding practices to optimize product use and identify workflow improvements.
- Assist with coding quality assessment projects, ensuring high standards and presenting results for go-live milestones.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing coding guidance to Machine Learning and Product teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current AHIMA or AAPC coding credential for over 5 years with CPC, CCS, or CIRCC certification required.
- Possess 5+ years of progressive coding and auditing experience, with demonstrated CPT coding in pathology and radiology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
