Senior AI Engineer

This role emphasizes building and shipping new software features via modern, high-leverage AI/ML approaches, such as parameter-efficient fine tuning of large foundation models. The Senior AI Engineer will gain an understanding of the unique data assets available at Constant Contact. The role involves identifying corresponding value-add through AI/ML models and applications, collaborating with PMs and Engineering leadership to understand business needs, and designing and implementing technical solutions at an organizational level. The engineer will utilize and configure advanced observability tools and partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure insights are leading to action. A key contribution to a cross-functional, agile product delivery team is expected along with continuously researching and experimenting with state-of-the-art AI models to drive innovation. The candidate will articulate engineering design strategies related to scalability, performance, security and usability.
