The Role:
- Build the data foundation for Bloomerang's Giving Platform.
- Report to the Director of AI Product Engineering.
- Join an established team expanding the Unified Data Foundation.
What You Will Do:
- Design and ship production pipelines on Databricks with medallion architecture.
- Build identity resolution across CRM, Fundraising, and Volunteer data.
- Make data observable with tracing and AI lifecycle tooling.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience building production data pipelines on a modern lakehouse.
- Strong SQL and Python skills, with Databricks experience preferred.
- AI-native mindset, using tools like Claude Code and Cursor daily.
