Vet Nurse

This is a fixed-term remote based contract, so you can enjoy the fast pace of the industry. Greencross 13VETS is a team of Vet Nurses who offer general advice, book appointments, and triage over the phone on behalf of our Greencross clinics. In addition to calling 13VETS, we also assist with online bookings, Greencross website inquiries and reminders. We are looking for someone who: Is Cert IV qualified with at least 3 years experience Clinically experienced nurses who are passionate about customer service Experience in a fast paced environment with the ability remain calm and work effectively in difficult situations Confident in making quick and detailed triaging decisions over the phone RxWorks knowledge preferred Ability to follow detailed processes High attention to detail Ability to and happy working independently
