The Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics will develop and execute a world-class insights and analytics strategy, build pattern recognition for the org, and be a resource on marketing measurements. They will manage a talented team, drive prioritization, and foster a culture of curiosity, ensuring analytics infrastructure and tools are best-in-class. Serving as a core member of the Lume and Mando leadership team, the successful candidate will have a strategy, category retail, or insights background, with experience in primary research and advanced analytics. The candidate will also understand how direct-to-consumer and retail channels work solving problems with creativity, practical thinking, and accountability.
