Staff Data Analyst - Digital Success

Help Okta customers accelerate their time to value and expand their relationship with Okta. As the Staff Data Analyst, you will lead data-focused initiatives that deliver insights to our customers, reduce churn, and drive growth. This role involves being deep in the data, working with a world-class Digital Success team to scale and optimize programs for maximum business impact. You will partner with cross-functional groups including Product, Business Technology, Data & Insights, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, and outside vendor teams. Craft insights to effectively drive customer adoption and value, maintain and expand an automated maturity model based on product telemetry and customer inputs, measure the impact of Digital Success programs using data analysis, and manage program attribution reporting across datasets from Pendo, Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, Matik, and EverAfter. Lead cross-functional projects to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover opportunities for improvements. Own the gathering, extracting, and compiling of data across sources, and maintain data processes and structure for effective cross-collaborative use.
