Staff Machine Learning and Bioinformatics Scientist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead development of novel statistical and ML methods for cancer signal detection on multi-modal genomic data.
• Build interpretable, well-calibrated models and drive methods from prototype to clinical validation.
• Collaborate with biologists and clinical experts, and mentor junior scientists.

Qualifications:

• PhD in quantitative field with 6-12 years post-PhD experience.
• Expertise in deep learning, multimodal foundation models, and Python.
• Proven technical leadership in complex method development.
