Village Manager

Lead operations at a remote site and make a real impact in a FIFO role from Darwin on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a remote village, including: • Leading and supporting teams across catering, housekeeping, accommodation, and facilities • Managing rosters, budgets, and service delivery standards • Ensuring compliance with HSE and company policies • Building strong relationships with clients and staff • Driving performance, safety, and team culture on site
