Senior Analyst, Project Finance (Renewable Energy)

This role supports the valuation, structuring, and execution of project transactions, including project sales, joint ventures, construction financing, back-leverage, and tax equity financing for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting project valuation, due diligence, and the execution of project transactions and investment decisions for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. This individual will also help develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of banks and investors in the renewable energy sector, while staying informed on industry trends, activities, and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in renewable energy finance and demonstrate a clear passion for project finance modeling. The candidate should have extensive experience using Excel and a solid understanding of financial concepts such as the time value of money, internal rate of return, and discounted cash flow analysis. Experience in modeling construction and term debt financing, as well as partnership structures utilizing ITC/PTC tax credits, is required.
