Job Description
As part of the DTC team, you’ll help shape and execute content strategies tailored to your assigned brand. You’ll work closely with CRM, content, and category teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple markets, supporting the brand’s growth and visibility in the digital e-commerce space. You will also be taking responsibility over campaign planning support by assisting with promotional calendars, content briefs, and seasonal campaign coordination. You will contribute to CRM emails and onsite placements, including copywriting and visual inspiration gathering. You will support routine updates to product pages, promotional content, and SEO improvements. Another task is to support communication with agencies and manage deliverables to ensure consistency across local markets and brand teams. You will also analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and implement data-driven actions to support KPI growth.
