Lead Developer, Global Marketing, Web (Back End Sitecore)

The Lead Developer will lead the development and implementation of Sitecore-based systems and other web systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and alignment with business goals. They will architect and implement composable and headless CMS solutions using modern, decoupled architectures tailored for scalability and flexibility. The Lead Developer will design, develop, and maintain APIs to integrate Sitecore across various platforms. They will oversee and manage complex Sitecore content and system migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Additionally, they will define and enforce back-end development best practices, coding standards, platform security, and maintainability guidelines. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Sitecore and Vercel-based deployments will also be a part of the role.
