Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:

• This is a foundational Manager role in the FP&A function, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A and acting as the operational core of the finance team.
• You will own day-to-day planning, insights generation, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run end-to-end planning cycles and maintain the corporate financial model, including the consolidated P&L, headcount, and cash flow.
• Own the monthly financial reporting cadence, producing revenue flashes, variance analysis, and supporting board-ready materials.
• Partner with G&A functional leaders on budget development, headcount planning, and cost management, while supporting growth initiatives and business cases.

Qualifications and Fit:

• Requires 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, with a preference for backgrounds in SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth tech.
• Must have expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel/Sheets, strong business partnering instincts, and a proven ability to distill complex data into executive narratives.
• Ideal candidates exhibit a strong ownership mentality, operational excellence, and a player-coach approach to leadership within a fast-paced environment.
