Failure Analysis, Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Materials Engineer to join our Failure Analysis & Prevention (FA&P) Group. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven person with experience in materials science and engineering. You will assist with joint laboratory examinations with outside parties, attend examinations at third-party laboratories, and analyze scientific and technical literature. Hands-on laboratory work will include DSC, optical microscopy, FTIR, and sample preparation. The role requires a minimum of five years’ experience in failure analysis and root cause determination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, motivated, and possess excellent technical report writing and problem-solving skills.
