Interim Chief Financial Officer

Lead financial strategy and analysis. Take ownership of existing reports and processes. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance by closely working and overseeing the internal coordinator for accounting. Manage budgets and forecasts and give guidance on budget execution. Handle investor communications. Oversee payroll and expenses in collaboration with in-house HROps coordinator. Sign external vendor and contractor agreements and act as company's attorney-in-fact. Oversee external audits (financial and SOC2). Provide leadership and clear guidance to direct reports (Finance, Compliance, HR Operations).
