Senior Software Engineer

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of technology services for Property & Casualty (P&C) carriers. This is a customer facing role focused on implementing AI powered solutions and configuring our platform with Python, MySQL and automation tools. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to translate business needs into technical outcomes, ensuring our AI enhanced systems deliver performance, reliability and impact. Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Configure and extend our platform using Python and MySQL to deliver AI powered functionality. Partner with product management to launch secure, user friendly features that integrate intelligent automation and complex logic. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations and drive on time delivery.
