CRO & A/B Testing Specialist

We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented CRO & A/B Testing Specialist to join our optimization team. This role is key to bringing our CRO strategies to life, as you will audit user journeys, analyze data, design and run tests, interpret results, and guide teams to improve conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform their hypotheses and designs into functional, measurable tests within platforms like VWO or Optimizely. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, an analytical mindset.You will act as the team's technical expert on all matters related to testing platforms, solving implementation issues, and finding creative solutions to technical challenges.
