Tech Business Systems Analyst

The Staff Tech Business Systems Analyst role at Sagent involves acting as a liaison between IT Development, Business Units and external clients, you will facilitate effective communication for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. You will also evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements, meet and discuss business requirements with external clients, and identify system alternatives and enhancements to the current system. A key part of the role is to solve technology information systems problems by analyzing requirements and existing systems, recommend system controls and protocols, and act as the interface between the business and technology functions of the company. The role also requires using planning, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, organizational analysis, and interface analysis to drive successful project outcomes.
