Intermediate Software Test and Evaluation Specialist

PingWind is seeking a highly qualified and experience Intermediate Software Test and Evaluation Specialist who leads the planning, execution, and reporting of test and evaluation activities for complex software systems and applications. This role ensures that software products meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements through rigorous testing practices. The Senior Specialist develops test strategies, manages evaluation processes, mentors junior testers, and collaborates with development, DevOps, and quality assurance teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include developing and managing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems; defining testing objectives, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies; leading the execution of various types of testing; documenting and analyzing test results; and ensuring adherence to software quality assurance standards.
