The Role:

  • Own the full customer engagement lifecycle, from technical discovery and onboarding through production launch and ongoing success.
  • Lead technical conversations, investigate issues directly, and translate customer requirements into clear engineering specifications.
  • Standardize delivery processes and use AI tools to improve execution and repeatability.

What You Bring:

  • Strong DeFi and Web3 fundamentals, including smart contracts, wallets, lending, and vault mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with block explorers and blockchain tooling, plus practical software engineering skills with APIs and scripts.
  • Exceptional communication, execution judgment, and confidence to set expectations and challenge assumptions.

Success Looks Like:

  • Customers have a technically credible partner who follows through, and engineers receive clear, validated requirements.
  • Launches become more predictable, recurring issues decline, and customer feedback shapes product decisions.
  • You help define how Veda works with customers and own both individual engagements and delivery systems.
