Role Overview:
- Own the design system as a product and AI-native workflows that act as the source of truth for production-ready code.
- Lead people and processes to ensure quality, with end-to-end ownership from discovery through post-release analysis.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the design system roadmap and how it scales across a complex multi-surface platform, keeping AI the default mode of work.
- Manage roughly 8 senior UX Architects, setting growth paths, calibrating quality decisions, and unblocking staff-level ICs.
- Collaborate strategically with the VP of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CPO to bring design thinking across the company.
