• Identify opportunities to surface additional reporting and create deeper reader pathways.

Audience Growth & Engagement:

• Partner with Audience, Marketing, and Content leaders to align newsletter strategy with company goals.
• Use audience insights to shape content decisions and reader journeys.
• Test subject lines, content placement, and formats to improve open rates and retention.

Newsletter Operations & Analytics:

• Build, schedule, and deploy newsletters through Braze, owning the full production workflow.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
• Maintain newsletter landing pages and web experiences for seamless reader experience.
