Senior Security Engineer

Role & Team:

• Play a critical role as the inaugural Senior Security Engineer, partnering with the Director of Information Security.
• Take ownership of the security posture and define scalable security practices in a growing company.
• Lead initiatives across vulnerability management, compliance, and security operations.

What You'll Do:

• Design and improve security processes across infrastructure, applications, and internal systems.
• Oversee identity management, endpoint security, and vendor security risk assessments.
• Lead audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including control design and evidence collection.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess 5+ years of experience in security engineering or operations with direct SOC 2/ISO 27001 experience.
• Demonstrate fluency in cloud environments and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• Show strong written communication skills and ability to translate security risks for stakeholders.
