Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer at Phamily, you’ll transform raw healthcare data into trusted insights that drive smarter decisions across our organization. You’ll design clean, scalable data models, build a governed semantic layer in Looker, and empower teams to self-serve key business metrics. Beyond pipelines and dashboards, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring data quality, protecting sensitive health information, and enabling our product, clinical, and operations teams to act on insights confidently. This is a highly visible role where you’ll shape how data fuels proactive healthcare, directly advancing Phamily’s mission to improve outcomes and reduce costs. In this position, you will develop and maintain dbt models (staging → marts) with clear ownership, documentation, and testing. You will also build and manage the Looker semantic layer, including Explores, governed metrics, and dashboards for self-serve analytics.
