About the job:
- The role is to lead and evolve the global risk function.
- You will be responsible for navigating a complex microservices environment and ensuring a pragmatic security risk approach.
- The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of international and domestic risk analysts.
- Conduct and oversee complex risk assessments.
- Identify and design efficient process workflows to automate risk intake, tracking, and remediation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Cybersecurity or Information Security, with at least 4+ years in a people management role.
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud environments, on-premise infrastructure, and microservices.
- Proven track record of implementing and maturing risk frameworks such as NIST RMF, ISO 3100.
