About the Role:
- The Production Coordinator will be part of Scorpion Studios, coordinating video projects and ensuring they meet deadlines.
- This role requires a fast-paced, organized contributor who can anticipate issues and provide solutions.
What Your Success Will Look Like:
- Coordinate video productions efficiently, keeping projects organized and on schedule during pre-production.
- Prepare and distribute filming schedules, crew lists, call sheets, and scripts to keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain project organization in Monday.com and the Scorpion Command Center.
Who You Are And What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of on-set experience as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a willingness to do whatever it takes.
