About the Role:
- This role is for a Malaysia-based clinical Consultant within Lyra International’s central Critical Incident Services Team.
- The Consultant will support Critical Incident Services and associated Clinical Services, with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the first point of contact for custodians requiring critical incident support.
- Engage with global subsidiaries and partners in the review and support of CI support.
- Accurately capture all information on the database relevant to clinical case management.
Minimum Requirements:
- A master’s Qualification as a Psychologist / Counsellor or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience with trauma and critical incident experience.
