About the Role:
- Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will own the security posture of systems that move money across borders.
- You'll set strategy, build the team, and stay hands-on for hard technical calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own detection, response, and recovery for security incidents and lead post-incident reviews.
- Embed security into the SDLC with threat modeling, secure design reviews, and automated scanning.
- Harden AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IAM, and secrets management.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years in information or application security, including 3+ years leading teams.
- Strong AWS and Kubernetes security knowledge and hands-on app sec in microservices.
- Ability to read TypeScript/Node.js and Terraform, and fluency with AI-assisted tools.
