You will work on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for a hosted contact center automation platform.
You will collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams.

What You'll Do:

Build, automate, and support deployment pipelines and IaC solutions.
Plan and coordinate releases, hot fixes, and service packs.
Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.

Requirements:

1+ years DevOps experience with deployment automation and infrastructure management.
Scripting in Python/Shell/PowerShell and hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Ansible.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
