The Sr. Manager, Brand Design will drive and oversee the development and execution of Underdog Brand Design design efforts across various marketing channels. This role requires a blend of exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure the Underdog brand resonates with our audience and positions us a leader in the category. Champion the Underdog brand β evolve our visual identity and ensure itβs applied consistently, persuasively, and distinctively across all channels.
You will set the creative direction by driving design across campaigns, digital experiences, and branded content that capture the spirit of βFanβs Best Friend.β Partner with marketing and content teams to ensure every output meets the highest standards of craft and brand clarity. You will manage external partners and lead agencies and creative collaborators with clarity, feedback, and inspiration while also mentoring and elevating internal design talent around bold ideas and impeccable execution.
