Analytics Engineer - Marketing (Remote)

This Analytics Engineer at Weedmaps will be a key technical contributor within our Data organization, focused Marketing & Growth. In this role, you will build and maintain data pipelines and analytics frameworks that power our marketing intelligence and growth initiatives. You will collaborate extensively with marketing, product, and data science teams to drive data-informed decision making across our customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will develop robust analytics systems that address unique challenges in our marketplace. Responsibilities include building attribution models, developing methodologies for calculating growth metrics, creating cohort analysis frameworks, designing marketing dashboards, automating reporting workflows, and implementing data quality checks. You will develop marketing data pipelines using SQL within modern data stack tools (Snowflake, DBT).
