Role Overview:
- You will own test architecture and semantic validation for an AI-powered system where consistency guarantees are non-negotiable.
- Your core responsibility is building a golden-set validation harness to measure LLM output correctness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive test architecture across unit, integration, E2E, and semantic validation layers.
- Implement access-control testing and CI/CD quality gates that block bad builds.
- Mentor junior test engineers and collaborate with the AI/LLM lead to define correctness.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of QA experience with advanced test automation and programming in Python.
- Deep knowledge of databases, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills.
