About the Role:

  • Own and build our customer onboarding platform from scratch.
  • Partner closely on product direction, architecture, and key technical decisions.
  • Have a direct impact on product, growth, and patient experience.

Core Requirements:

  • 8+ years of full-stack experience.
  • Proven experience owning and building systems from scratch in production environments.
  • Experience owning architecture across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working direct to consumer platforms or payment processors like Stripe.
  • Experience creating multi-step onboarding flows for users.
  • Experience with A/B Testing Platforms like Optimizely.
