Required: 5+ years in a senior graphic design role, deep expertise in long-form content and layout design, and expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign including layout features.
Essential: Ability to work autonomously, produce client-ready work without creative director support, translate copy into engaging visuals, and ensure documents are free of technical errors.

Client Engagement:

Experience working directly with clients to develop design briefs and shape design direction.
Must seek real-world examples to familiarize with client brand and voice, producing compelling, on-brand work.

Project Execution:

Deliver high-quality work on time, free of errors, with close communication with Quatrain leadership.
Possess excellent project management, time management, and communication skills, and be fluent in English.
