As a Creative Director, you’re both a visionary and a leader who can see the big picture, transform briefs into standout concepts, steer ideas from spark to fully realized campaigns, and set the standard for creative craft. You bring a deep understanding and experience in oncology, gynecologic oncology, women’s health, and other pharmaceutical therapeutic areas, pairing scientific accuracy with emotional impact. You read the pulse of evolving advertising trends and know how to adapt them to regulated markets without losing creative edge.
You will develop client relationships, understand product science, provide creative direction, facilitate meetings, staff teams, develop campaigns, write marketing copy, and conduct performance reviews. Additionally, you will oversee workflow, review creative work, participate in pitches, manage deadlines and crisis situations, and monitor client perceptions. You should think in terms of business management including demonstrating cost effective ways to increase productivity, manage expenses, etc.
