Role Summary:
- Write multiple focused needs assessments and grants weekly, creating supportive literature reviews and suggesting themes, learning objectives, and agendas.
- Work with faculty, VP of Educational Development, and CMO to define the educational need.
- Coordinate review and finalize grant submission sections according to supporter portal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write multiple grants per week, utilizing quotes and outcomes to support educational need.
- Assist in preparation of grant template documents and manage all grant templates.
- Maintain supporter and grant status reports and collaborate with CME accrediting bodies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution and 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education.
- Expertise researching, compiling, and analyzing clinical and scientific evidence quickly.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to incorporate AI to increase efficiency.
