About the role:
- Ensuring the engineering team consistently delivers high-quality software
- Developing and motivating team members to perform at their best
- Leading and managing the software engineering team
Key responsibilities:
- Allocate resources across products based on priority and risk
- Define and implement quality strategy and roadmap across products
- Establish testing standards, best practices, and quality gates
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a Development Manager, Software Delivery Manager, or Engineering Manager role
- Strong background in C#/.NET software development and modern architectural practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
