Learning Analyst / Admin

Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Learning Analyst / Admin professional to join our Learning & Development team. This role combines advanced data analytics with Docebo LMS administration to provide actionable insights that drive training effectiveness and organizational performance. The Learning Analyst will design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks, develop key learning metrics, and leverage data analytics tools to transform learning data into strategic business intelligence. Working closely with the Sr. Instructional Designer, Sr. Learning Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures our learning initiatives are effectively tracked, measured, and optimized to meet operational and compliance requirements. The Learning Analyst will serve as the primary administrator for our Docebo Learning Management System, managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and organizational structure. They will design and develop comprehensive learning analytics frameworks that align with business objectives and measure training ROI. This person will build, automate, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to track key learning metrics, and will develop and implement custom learning KPIs to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business impact.
