Job Description
As a vital part of a well known international foundation Lean-Agile transformation, Scrum Masters help product teams embrace and measure new ways of working, adapting the SAFe framework to suit their specific team needs. They actively engage with other Scrum Masters in a community of practice to share insights and best practices. The Scrum Master plays a central role in product delivery, fostering strong communication with Release Train Engineers (RTE) and Product Owners (PO), and ensuring successful release execution while managing interdependencies across global T&I teams.
The Scrum Master will lead one product team specialized in Data Integration and Master Data Management areas, ensuring delivery aligns with the foundation's SAFE methodology and T&I strategy. Collaborating with Product Owners, RTEs, and business stakeholders to align team priorities and ensure effective work organization. Supporting project timelines, and scope. Supporting teams to self-organize and empowering them to deliver their product.
Contributing to PI Planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, retrospectives). Encouraging continuous improvement in sprint execution and product delivery (build, run, support, quality). Ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework. Supporting the Product Owner with backlog refinement, roadmap communication, and backlog management. Tracking KPIs and driving team improvements. Removing blockers and coaching teams to resolve challenges independently.
Reporting issues or delays to RTE, PO and Product Manager. Ensuring accurate estimations and alignment with team capacity for realistic planning.
