Drive client acquisition and customer retention by developing original, engaging social content for the Home Services division of Xplor Technologies (FieldEdge, Service Autopilot, and Xplor Spot). Create and manage the social strategy, build content calendars, develop engaging content that nurtures positive interactions, and serve as our in-house social platform expert, working with our marketing team to implement eye-catching organic posts to support our campaigns. Youβll also manage our online communities, responding to member requests, as well as be the βvoice of our companyβ as you respond to online reviews.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating and managing high-quality content, monitoring social media channels, improving user generated content, engaging with online communities, staying current with social media trends, collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with writers and designers, and occasionally traveling to capture in-the-field content.
