Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual and business tax returns and meet with clients over video calls for tax consultations
- Own the end-to-end client experience including document collection, client communication
- Consistently meet or exceed goals for customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency
Experience:
- Active EA or CPA credential and a valid PTIN
- 5+ years of paid individual tax prep experience, including at least 30 returns prepared in each of the last two tax seasons with strong preference for remote work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex tax concepts clearly and simply to customers
