Director Solution Innovation Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Vanguard by shaping solution pathways for Validiti 2.0 and 3.0 diversification into adjacent healthcare markets.
• Ensure innovation concepts are grounded in healthcare operational realities like workflow design, reimbursement dynamics, and adoption barriers.
• Partner with healthcare technology research, advanced AI research, and architecture leaders to shape actionable solution directions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, solution strategy, innovation strategy, or healthcare consulting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams.

Working Conditions:

• This is a fully remote position requiring a dedicated, secure work area and high-speed internet.
• Occasional travel for conferences, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions is required.
