Junior Billing Data Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Billing Data Analyst to support our Billing and Support team with reliable analytics, data checks, and insights. You will help monitor billing performance by monitoring core billing metrics such as disputes, chargebacks, dunning performance, refunds, and transaction quality. The role involves preparing recurring reports and dashboards, maintaining data pipelines, and assisting in A/B tests related to billing strategies and risk settings.

You will also support senior analysts in analyzing disputes, fraud, and anomalies, investigate unusual patterns in financial data, and document findings. Collaboration with analysts, engineers, and support specialists is essential to ensure consistent and reliable billing data. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational SQL skills, curiosity about billing metrics, and a desire to grow into a full Billing Data Analyst.
