Software Engineering Team Lead

As a team lead at Estenda, you will be the primary contact for project stakeholders providing leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and domain knowledge, as well as mentoring, to the project team. Coordinate with developers, project managers, and QA team members to foster understanding and cross-team cooperation. Gather requirements and have direct input in the design of the applications ensuring a well-architected system is designed, developed, and deployed.

You will play a lead role in the design and development of new innovative digital health solutions, developing an understanding of the science and users to develop the appropriate solution. Implementing technical solutions with a secure cloud-first approach and leading internal and client team meetings to refine requirements, ensuring good design principles are applied, and the right product is delivered on time with a high degree of quality.
