The Member Service Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our members and their families by providing exceptional customer service. This position can be based remotely or in our office, depending on the candidate's preference. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, including eligibility, coverage, and benefits - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating member care services - Maintain thorough and organized records of member communications and interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and escalate as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations - Strive to exceed member satisfaction goals and continuously seek opportunities to improve the member experience
